That was over two years ago, and each time we have gone to the Kennewick showroom we have only been reassured that we chose the right place. The sales people are always incredibly friendly and informative, and I never feel like I am being pressured to purchase anything. Even over the phone they are polite and treat you as though you are their greatest customer. Jeremy C. I came in before Christmas with the idea to get a bigger diamond for my wife's wedding ring. After seeing an ad in the Tacoma news Tribune sports section. I went down to the show room expecting not to have enough money for what I wanted and walking away disappointed. To my surprise I was treated great, I told Michelle how much I could spend and she found a diamond bigger and of better quality then I could have ever thought I could get. And since this was a surprise for my wife for Christmas, Michelle was very discrete about calling and letting me know it was ready. Scott When I first came in I was greeted by Lynette and another associate whose name I don't recall right now; both were very courteous and extremely helpful. Though I was the only customer in the showroom at the time, I don't think it would have mattered. I came in with my wife's favorite CZ ring with plans to use that as the pattern to "upgrade" her current wedding set. Lynette showed me several options that came extremely close to what I had in mind. I brought my wife in the next day (her birthday) as a surprise and Lynette had the ring we talked about (not in stock) ready to be brought up on her monitor. My wife was so surprised! To be certain we had the right one, Lynette and I guided my wife through the others we'd looked at but the first one was it! Lynette knocked it clear out of the ballpark!! That night my wife just kept saying how overwhelmed and happy she was; I don't think I've seen her quite like that since the day we were married over 29 years ago. (Maybe ! when our daughter was born too.) Lynette was very discrete and kept pricing information a secret from my wife and had notes all ready when I came in the next day to put a down payment and sign the credit papers. Chelsea helped me that day with the paperwork and getting the center diamond shipped from Tacoma until Lynette arrived back from lunch. Could not have had a better experience!!! All three gals who worked with me/us were so helpful and I cannot express enough appreciation!! It made what I had felt might be a difficult decision, so easy! God's richest blessings on you all!!
